The Hereford Police Department is investigating the death of a 53-year-old man who was found with an apparent gunshot wound earlier this week.
Officers responded to a call about a "possibly deceased person" on Jan. 2 in the 500 block of Whittier Street. Upon arrival, they confirmed the man’s death and began investigating the scene.
