Around noon Tuesday, the Amarillo Police Department responded to a report of a deceased male found in a drainage culvert in the area of Tee Anchor and Quarter Horse.
APD officials identified the individual as 69-year-old Kemmy Don Coleman. Colman, had been reported missing several days prior.
The Amarillo Police Department's Homicide Unit has been called to the scene to conduct a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding Coleman's death.
As part of the ongoing investigation, next of kin has been notified, and an autopsy report is currently pending.
